So I think I might have lost my mind. I have decided to take the October Yoga Challenge. I have set myself on the path to take 30 classes in 30 days. I am excited and scared by this. I have been going 3 times a week for about a month, but every day will be a challenge. Add to this the fact that I will be out of town 28-30 October, which means that I will have to double up on three days, and I am in for a huge challenge.
There will be lots of sweat, heat, and hours invested. I am hoping that by the end of the 30 classes I will have some variety of inner peace, or at least be a little closer to attaining some.
